We are a new company and have been in business since July 2007. We primarily service southeastern Michigan. In general, we charge 50-70% less than those "geeky" national chains do for house-call work. We charge about 25-50% less for in-store work, and this includes free pick-up and delivery. How can we charge so little? We do this by catering our services to our customers' needs. We eliminate the large overhead of a storefront, instead coming straight to you. This way we can be where you are when you need us.

At Binary Heaven, we pride ourselves on our work and have more experience than many employees of the national chains. While many employees of those other chains have little to no prior experience, all of our employees have some prior experience in the IT field. Binary Heaven also makes customer satisfaction a top priority. Unlike the actions of larger chains, as they were reported by a former employee, we do not put an emphasis on selling more services and we don't take weeks to return a damaged computer.
